Description

PolyTrac Silver Labels are ideal for tagging assets and property in mild and moderate environments like school districts, offices and general business inventory applications.

Printed on .002” thick white polyester, these labels also include a .001” thick clear polyester over-laminate to the label giving additional protection to the print and barcode. Its polyester base layer provides superior tag flexibility and durability in environments that require a more robust tag. 

In addition, there are multiple label sizes and styles to choose from to meet your project needs.  The label comes standard with a .001 thick premium acrylic adhesive that will bond securely to almost any item and provide a long lasting method for identifying your assets.

Available with or without a barcode, PolyTrac Silver Labels are produced using our digital printing process, which – when combined with unlimited color choices, shows off even the most detailed logos, type and artwork.

Durability Score is a set of measurements used to determine how well the label will withstand certain elements. Based on a 0-5 scale, 0 being no durability and 5 being outstanding durability, the tag is rated in four distinct categories and receives a total average score to indicate overall durability.

SerializationBarcode and human-readable equivalent is produced using the latest high-resolution digital technology available, which provides excellent clarity and easy scanning. Code 39 is the standard symbology with a range of 2.7 to 9.4 CPI (characters per inch). Optional symbologies include Code 128, I 2 of 5, 2D DataMatrix and QR Code. Although this product is primarily marketed as a bar code product, we can produce it with human-readable numbers only or unserialized.
Label CopyThe label copy may include block type, stylized type, logos or other designs. All copy, block type, stylized type, logos, designs, and bar code are subsurface printed. This unique process provides excellent resistance to solvents, caustics, acids, and moderate abrasion.
ColorsStandard colors include black, red, yellow, green or blue. Custom spot colors also available at no additional charge. Due to contrast needed for the bar code scanner, all bar codes are black.
Standard Adhesive.001” thick standard pressure-sensitive adhesive bonds well to a wide variety of surfaces
PackagingShipped on convenient rolls with scrap matrix removed for ease of application. Cleaning solution is provided to assist in applying to a clean surface. Cartons are clearly marked to indicate serial numbers of labels.
